If you are a charitable not-for-profit organization seeking support from CCF, please proceed with the following brief questionnaire and find out if your organization is eligible to submit a grant application.
Submitting a grant application does not guarantee the grant will be funded. Completing a contribution request does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. While the CCF would like to be able to fulfill every request that is submitted, we must operate within guidelines which promote social welfare, education and/or the arts within the community of Azusa. Requests are fulfilled to organizations that fall within these parameters and that service the Azusa community.
